Therapy in Washington State

A skilled, holistic, and down to earth approach to growth and healing.

Do you feel a persistent sense of unease?

Do you ever feel…

  • exhausted from the pressure to do it all?

  • frustrated with how your past is impacting your present?

  • unhappy in relationships and unable to express your needs?

  • insecure and resort to people pleasing?

  • out of control of your responses and emotions?

  • dissatisfied with life and unsure why?

It is easy to get stuck in the uneasiness. By simply tolerating problems, our quality of life is greatly impacted. Yet it can also feel confusing or overwhelming to consider doing something about them.

But that discomfort is a sign you are on the right path.  Often the biggest obstacle to experiencing healing, growth, and the life we hope for is not the issues we face, but avoiding the discomfort of whatever changes stand between us and our desires. It just takes learning to endure the discomfort of the process.

For example…

  • If you feel burnt out, you may need to consider changing some habits and behaviors.

  • If you’re confused about how your past impacts you, you might need to talk about painful memories.

  • If you are unhappy in relationships, you might need to learn to be more assertive.

I am dedicated to helping you walk through the discomfort—to make changes, to feel more at ease in life, and to attain your goals.

Through empathetic understanding, evidence-based techniques, and a firm belief in your abilities, you will receive the support you need to navigate whatever challenges you are facing. Together, we will explore your ambitions, your feelings and experiences, and develop practical strategies to propel you toward the life you envision. I see part of my role as a seeker, there to ask questions and offer curiosity, so that you can more deeply explore your needs and ultimately make the progress you desire.

Whether you’re trying to make meaning of personal hardships, seeking self-discovery, or aiming for more contentment, we can get you through the difficulties and to a better quality of living.

Progress is possible. Let’s get you there.

“At the center of your being
you have the answer;
you know who you are
and you know what you want.”
